    1.债务人欠条，协议期满后对方多次拒绝支付欠款的，可以凭欠条直接向法院申请支付令。

    2.如果借据中没有明确的还款时间，具体还款时间应以书面形式与债务人明确协商。债务人逾期不还的，可以向法院起诉。
